Many of our senior team members have been with us for most of their careers, and we are proud of the fact that our customers can deal with very familiar faces. During the past 5 years we have invested over £1 million in our Toyota centres, all aimed at improving the way in which we do business and look after our customers. We are delighted with the feedback we get from our customers on a regular basis. We achieve excellent customer satisfaction results in the Toyota surveys, and are very proud that our Wrexham & Queensferry centres achieved FIRST place overall in Toyota’s “brilliant at the basics” for customer satisfaction. programme in 2006, where over 200 Toyota centres facilities were independently audited. We constantly seek to improve the way we do business, with you, our customer.
