In these challenging times, our priority is always to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff. We want to reassure you, that we are working to follow government advice and maintain the safety of our customers and colleagues, at all times.
We are fully open!
Our new and used car sales areas have fully reopened, with social distancing measures in place.
If you prefer, our sales teams are also available digitally and can speak with you by phone, through messaging, or by video chat. They can even send you videos of our cars, to make sure they meet your needs, just as if you were physically with us.
If you are collecting a new car or van, the handover can now take place in the showroom, with social distancing measures in place. Home delivery options may also be available in some areas.
Service, MOT, Maintenance & Repair
Our service department continues to operate as normal, within the social distancing guidelines we have had in place for many months. Our workshops remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs.
An appointment-only system is in place, with protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments.
Our Express Key Drop Off, is a contactless service. Simply deposit your keys and leave, without seeing the team face-to-face.
We have also installed thermal imaging devices, so you can be assured that the customers who visited before you, have had their temperatures checked.
