Lindop Makes A Portal Into The Future.
This week saw the release of our new booking portal. We know that everyone has a busy life and although our call centre answers calls, on average, in seconds sometimes booking online is easier. We have developed our booking portal which allows you to book your service by just filling in a quick form and hitting send.
To access our booking portal you’ll find a link at the top of our website labeled ‘book a service’. Now you can book a test drive, chat to our staff, reserve a car and book your service all from our website.
The new technology didn’t stop there! This week we also got all our sales staff iPads so they can be constantly connected to the internet and in turn our customers. Now rather than all the paper work we can do our orders digitally, doing our bit to bring down paper waste.
